Terms of service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

These terms govern the use of Salumbra. By creating an account you accept them. They are deliberately written in plain language.

What Salumbra is

Salumbra is a tool for clinicians and clinics to send validated questionnaires to their patients and turn the responses into clinical follow-up evidence.

Salumbra is software. It does not provide medical services, does not diagnose, and does not replace the treating professional’s clinical judgment.

Your account and your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for having the legal basis and consent needed to contact your patients, and for using instruments in line with their licenses and professional practice.

Do not use the platform for messages other than clinical follow-up of your own patients, or for unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited content.

Your data is yours

Your patients’ data and their responses belong to you as the treating clinician. You can export them, and you can request deletion when closing your account.

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

Early access and pricing

The service is in early access. The Pro plan is free during this period, and per-clinician pricing will be published on the pricing page before we charge anything.

During early access we make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salumbra’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous twelve months. Salumbra is not responsible for clinical decisions made with or without information from the platform.

Changes, termination, and governing law

We may update these terms; if a change is material, we will notify you. You can close your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Contact: hola@salumbra.com.
